The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has filed a petition before the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) seeking to recover Rs 2,015 crore from Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd (TTML) for licence fee default.
